1- At Home Alone – Tuesday, April 23 at 6 pm
An interactive workshop for parents and their 10-14 year olds to prepare to be home alone safely (eg learn how to communicate together and prepare a home alone plan). Includes a free DVD for all families that attend! This workshop got great reviews last year, back by demand!
2- Healthy Eating – Thursday, May 2 at 6 pm
A fun workshop for parents with children of all ages to learn about raising a healthy eater, preparing quick and nutritious weeknight dinners, and packing nutritious lunches/snacks (peanut free) for kids.
3- Stress, Resiliency and Teen Communication – Monday, May 6 at 6:30 pm
Offered during Education and Mental Health Week, this is an invaluable workshop for parents with teens to learn more about positive parenting and how to connect with their teens.

All workshops will be held in the Bowmore School Cafeteria. Free food and childcare will be provided!
