Please drop-off your child to the designated room listed below at 4:40 p.m. At the end of the concert, please wait until classes are brought back to their designated rooms before picking up your child. Thank you!

- Mme Hui/Mme Zhou (Rm. 13)
- Rm. 206 – Ms. Korimsek (Rm. 12)
- Ms. Lee/Ms. V (Rm. 1-B)

Primary
- Students in grade 1 to 3 should go to their classrooms at 6:00 to get ready. No earlier please.
- Students will be dismissed after the show from their classrooms, not the gym.
- Please arrange to have your children wear the correct shirt for the concert. Solid colours are preferred; the pants are less important but a dark colour would be preferred. The colours for each class are:
- Ms Moodie and Ms Clarke: Black
- Ms Parkins, Mme Aivalis, Mme Chase: Black
- Ms Jones and Ms Mossman: Black, Brown, or Gray
- Mr Goldberg and Ms Minifie: Black
