Join Autism Ontario and Embracing Autism as we join together to host a daytime parent support group for parents and caregivers supporting children and youth on the autism spectrum.
This is a great opportunity to meet other parents and caregivers in an informal, relaxed atmosphere to discuss autism and related issues. Our meetings will offer peer-to-peer support as well as special guests and expert speakers. During the first meeting in September, families will be given the opportunity to share their needs and topics for future meetings.
There are two meetings coming up at George Webster Elementary School (Dawes Rd & Victoria Park): November 24 and December 15 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Child Care is offered at no charge to parents attending this event. Please contact Shona@autismiontario.com to obtain participant information form and to pre-register for childcare.
