Pizza Lunch Forms Now Online

What’s that? You didn’t get your kids’ pizza lunch forms in their backpacks? (How peculiar! That never happens!)

Have no fear, you can download the PDF here and submit it with your cheque to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, October 2. (Now if your kid will only remember to hand it in!)
