Curriculum Night and extracurricular sports and club activities at Bowmore have been postponed due to the decision by teachers to withdraw from extracurricular activities in response to the provincial government’s Bill 115.
School administration and Council will advise you when we have more details about when these activities will resume. Principal Sambrook will also speak about the issue at the September 27 School Council meeting. In the meantime, look for printed material from your child’s teacher detailing curriculum information for the class. It should be coming home this Friday.
Although the Scholastic Book Fair will no longer be held that evening, it will be ongoing September 19 – 27 during school hours in room 205 (the drama room).
